BLOOD MONEY

Questa è una serie di lavori nati dopo le elezioni “forzate” in Iran nei primi mesi del 2009 e ai tumulti finiti nel sangue scaturiti da li a breve.

Tali lavori sono tutti ad essi dedicati. Tutti i lavori denunciano in modo netto ed esplicito gli omicide ed il sangue versato in nome e per conto del denaro. Purtroppo non esistono ideali religiosi o politici, l’unica cosa che conta veramente è la ricchezza.

“AD OGNUNO IL SUO” è una serie di lavori nati e concepiti in stretta correlazione alla serie “blood money” che enfatizza attraverso l’opera il concetto di compartecipazione di colpa che appartiene ad una società di individui, che condivide un pensiero ed un modello economico di sfruttamento dei molti, a favore dell’arricchimento di pochi. Di fatto alle opere dedicate a questo tema, do un forte spessore alla tela, rendo i quadri quasi dei piccoli totem in grado di sostenersi, e rappresento anteriormente un tutto suddiviso in parti minori. Le banconote vengono accostate in modo ordinato, ma poi il senso di compiaciuta armonia che ne deriva, viene infranto dalla gestualità del tratto, rapido ed incalzante, che tinge in modo indelebile le banconote di “colpa”. Quindi nella mia mente affiora il pensiero che ad ognuno viene dato il “suo pezzo di colpa” pur di ottenere la sua parte di “blood money”.

Questa serie è stata poi ripetuta anche dopo questo specifico periodo, quando Israele, Tunisia, Egitto, Libia, Siria, Afghanistan e tutta l’Africa nera, ma anche Cina, Indonesia e Sud America, mostrano col passare del tempo che purtroppo questo modello socio-economico continua ad appartenere a molto. I “blood money” imperversano e a tutti non interessa, basta accumularli!!.

over the first months of 2009 and the turmoil ending up in blood soon after it.

Such works are dedicated to that. They denounce explicitly the murders and the blood shed in the name of money.

Unfortunately there are no religious or political ideals, what’s important is to be rich.

“TO EACH HIS OWN” it’s a series of works formed in the mind and closely linked to the blood money series that emphasizes the concept of contributory negligence belonging to a society of people, and that shares an economic thought and model of exploitation of many, the enrichment of few. As a matter of fact, I give the canvas lots of depth, I almost make the canvas small totems able to lean on one another, and locate in front a whole divided into smaller parts. The banknotes are neatly put side by side, but the feeling of pleased harmony coming from them is suddenly broken by the rapid and urgent stroke, which stains the banknotes with “guilt”. Therefore the thought that everybody is given their piece of guilt just to obtain their part of “blood money” crops up in my mind.

, Libia, Siria,

Afghanistan

and all the Black Africa and also Cina and

Indonesia

and South America show that as time goes by unfortunately this socio-economic model belongs to many. The “blood money” is all over us and people are not concerned about anything else, what’s important to them is accumulate it!!
